The challenges of the last two years have not only affected the MS Gong Ride, and our riding community - but also the thousands of people living with multiple sclerosis and their families. So we thank you, once again for committing to raising awareness and funds for people living with multiple sclerosis in Australia   

Understandably you will have a number of questions about your registration rolling over to the November 6 ride.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY RIDER BIB?

Your Rider Bib number will remain the same for the 40th MS Gong Ride on 6 November 2022.

If you have not yet received your Rider Bib and Welcome Pack, please confirm your postal address on your My Account page.

We will resume mailout of Welcome Pack and Rider Bibs in June 2022.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY FUNDRAISING?

Your fundraising dashboard and any fundraising dollars you have currently will also roll over to the November event.

Your Fundraising Page URL will also remain the same, so anyone you have shared your page with will still be able to donate to you.

Lunch Pack Icon

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PREPAID LUNCH PACK?

If you have prepurchased a Lunch Pack for the MS Gong Ride on 1 May 2022, this will be rolled over to the November event, so you do not have to repurchase.

A new Prepaid Lunch Pack Ticket will be emailed to you soon.

Special Event Train Ticket Icon

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY SPECIAL EVENT TRAIN TICKET?

If you purchased a Special Event Train Ticket for the MS Gong Ride on 1 May 2022, this will be rolled over to the November event, so you do not have to repurchase.

A new Special Event Train Ticket will be emailed to you soon.

Team and Corporate Marquee Icon

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY PRE-BOOKED TEAM MARQUEE?

If you have pre-booked a Team Marquee for the May 1, 2022, MS Gong Ride, this will roll over to the November event, so you do not have to rebook.
