Here I go again!

This November, I am taking part in the 2023 MS Gong Ride!

It has been a few years since I took part, but I am dragging along some new riders this time. And jumping on the MTB for a change - may live to regret it!

And why has this ride always been close to my heart? Well my uncle Neil has had MS since I was 12 years old.  He is wheelchair bound. My sister-in-law was also recently diagnosed. So you can see how it touches so many people...

Anyway, if you feel like sponsoring me, you know what to do.
