ON SUNDAY 6 NOVEMBER 2022
The MS Gong Ride is our largest fundraising event with up to 400 volunteers and 10 000 cyclists!
After unfortunately having to postpone the event in 2021, we cannot wait to celebrate the 40th anniversary on Sunday November 6.
This event would not be possible without the support of an incredible team of our volunteers.
Whether you're looking to make a difference in the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis, an opportunity to enhance your resume, give back to your local community or keen to meet new people, volunteering in this event is for YOU!
No experience is necessary, and with a range of volunteer roles available, there is something for everyone!

All volunteers are required to complete the application form. Tell us what skills you have and what role you would like! Ensure all contact details are correct.

We will email you with your allocated volunteer shift details. Keep an eye on your inbox and please check your junk folder!

Our team will be busy planning to ensure all volunteers have a great experience! We will keep you updated with event information and key reminders for your volunteer shift.
INSTRUCTIONS
TWO WEEKS PRE EVENT
Look out for your instructions email which will include all specific details for your volunteer shift.
Ensure you read all information and complete the inductions. You can also join us for the online briefing!

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
This Event takes place on a Sunday, with volunteer shifts starting between 4.30AM and 7.30AM. Public Transport may not run this early on a Sunday, depending on your location.
If you rely on public transport, please check timetables - and make alternative arrangements if necessary - to arrive for your volunteer shift on time
