I'M RIDING 80KM THIS OCTOBER
THE DISTANCE FROM
Sydney TO WOLLONGONG
I'm taking the Challenge to fight MS!
This November, I am taking part in the 2025 MS Gong Ride!
This iconic ride raises funds to help fight MS and I'm now part of this incredible legacy.
Why am I fundraising?
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic and often debilitating disease which attacks the central nervous system. It is the most common neurological disease in young adults and often attacks people in the prime of their lives. Cases of MS are rising and over 33,300 Australians live with the condition.
Your support will help people with multiple sclerosis receive the vital support, treatments, and services to help them live well at home, remain connected to work, and be part of the community, becuase no one should face MS alone.
Thank you again for your support!
My Updates

My Sydney to Wollongong Ride
Wednesday 17th Sep I'm strapping on my cycling shoes for something bigger than fitness – I'm taking on the 80km Sydney to Wollongong ride for MS, and I need your help to make it count. Why this matters to me:
My auntie lives with Multiple Sclerosis. Her courage in facing MS head-on inspires me to push through any challenge, including this one.
Training update:
Already logging serious kilometers:
• Started at 20km to 30 km rides
• Now comfortably hitting 60km to 80km weekend sessions
• Added three to four gym training sessions (my legs are feeling it!)
Every training ride reminds me why I'm doing this. When those hills get tough, I think about my auntie's resilience and know I can push through.
How you can help:
🎯 Sponsor per kilometer ($1-2 per km = $80-160 total)
🎯 One-off donation of any amount
🎯 Share this post to spread awareness
MS affects 25,000+ Australians. Every dollar funds research that could change lives, including my auntie's.
