I'm taking the Challenge to fight MS!
This November, I’m hopping on my bike for the 2025 MS Gong Ride – an iconic ride that not only offers a great challenge and stunning coastal views but also raises vital funds to help people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).
To be honest, I’m doing this mainly because I love a good bike ride. It’s a fun challenge, and a ride that I've wanted to do for a long time. In saying this, MS has affected my family, and I understand firsthand how debilitating it can be, and the importance of the right support, so I am glad that I can be riding for a very worthy cause.
MS is a chronic, often debilitating disease that affects over 33,000 Australians. It can strike anyone at any time, and the impact on daily life can be huge. The funds raised through this ride help provide essential services, therapies, and support for people living with MS – helping them stay independent, connected, and hopeful.
So while I’m riding for the fun and the fitness, I’m also riding for something bigger. If you’re able to support me in any way – big or small – it would mean the world.
