it’s been a while…
Tuesday 21st OctThe last time I did the MS Gong Ride was back in 2013 - I was younger, fitter, and had no idea how close MS would hit home.
Just over two years later my wife Amber was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and our world changed overnight. While there’s still no cure, we’re grateful for the treatments and research that help keep this terrible disease at bay.
So, 12 years on (and nearly 10 years off the bike entirely), it’s time to pull the Lycra back on, and with a bit of help from little brother Ellis, drag my ar$e over the 85km trip again.
