Saturday 1st Nov Preparation this year has been a bit tight - started well with some long rides in September but missed the last few weeks for various reasons. But the bike has been cleaned and serviced and I've managed to get in a good deal of stretching over the last fortnight. Unlikely to be a 'PB' in terms of time (and this isn't a race ...) but looking forward to a decent run down to Wollongong in the morning. Now, just to manage to get up at 4am!Thank you to my Sponsors
