I'm taking the Challenge to fight MS!

This Sunday, I am taking part in my 13th Consecutive (with the exception of the Covid years) MS Gong Ride!

This iconic ride raises funds to help fight MS and also honors a pledge I made to a school friend "Ian Ballard" who was battling MS. He has since passed away but the pledge is still relevant.

In the past Ive led teams that exceeded 100 people but now its just 3 of us. Me, with my 2 fantastic sons in law Ben and Nick who share the same concerns about MS and zany Shrek green colourings.
