I'M RIDING 82KM THIS OCTOBER
THE DISTANCE FROM
Sydney TO WOLLONGONG

This year I am taking part in the Sydney to Gong Ride to help raise funds for people living with MS!

This November, I am taking part in the 2023 MS Gong Ride.  This year it will have been six years since I lost my Dad, Gordon to MS.

MS is the most common disease of the central nervous system in young adults and it strikes people in the prime of their lives.

My Dad suffered from MS for over 20 years and I have seen the devastating impact this debilitating disease can have on a person’s body, their soul and their family.

Sadly, there is no cure.

But this year I am also riding for my beautiful friend Michelle Taylor who is fighting this disease.

To say she is a toughie is an understatement, but every person’s MS is different. 

Some of the symptoms are not being able to see properly (or at all), loss of balance, ability to walk, pins and needles, and chronic pain.

So I'm taking on this challenge to ride from Sydney to the Gong for Michelle, in memory of my Dad and to help people living with MS to get the support they need to achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.
