Fundraisers eligible for a $1K Club T-Shirt or MS Hero Jersey will receive a claim form via email after the close of fundraising (1 December 2024). T-Shirts and MS Hero Jerseys are made to order and will be delivered approximately eight weeks after the claim form end date.
