This year we are thrilled to be partnering with JetBlack to deliver the MS Gong Virtual Ride, powered by JetBlack Cycling.
An accessible alternative to the 80km or 53km physical ride, the MS Gong Virtual Ride, powered by JetBlack Cycling offers riders the chance to take part virtually on the new JetBlack Victory Frame smart trainer.
You can register with your team to take part in the relay-style challenge at the MS Gong Virtual Ride Zone, powered by JetBlack Victory in this year's finish village at Thomas Dalton Park in Wollongong on Sunday 1 November, or ride along at home.
Follow an immersive virtual ride experience that simulates the peaks and valleys of the familiar MS Gong Ride course, and fundraise in support of people living with multiple sclerosis to unlock the same rewards and VIP treatment as our physical ride.

Meet Michelle
Spirit of the Gong Winner 2025
A founding member of the incredible Team MICH, Michelle was first motivated to take part in the MS Gong Ride after one of her best friends, Mich (stay with us), was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2019.
Since 2024, Michelle has been a pioneer of the stationary bike at the MS Gong ride, and this year she'll be back leading Team MICH's effort at the MS Gong Virtual Ride, powered by JetBlack Cycling.
