Thursday 25th JunI’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’ll be taking part in the 80km MS Gong Ride on Sunday the 1st of November 2026.
I’ve taken up cycling over the past few months as a way to improve my health, fitness and challenge myself, so this ride feels like the perfect opportunity to put that training towards something that really matters.
Every kilometre I ride will help raise funds for people living with multiple sclerosis, supporting vital services, research, and hope for a future free from MS.
